We would like to have a different template for 30 days past due, etc and then an alternate Collections Notice sort of template for invoices that are 90 days past due. More broadly, I think a different template for 30 days, 45, 60, etc would be helpful for more clients

This appears to have been released but ALL of my reminders were set to "3 days past due and every 3 days thereafter" overriding my very carefully selected value!

David Szpunar: you are correct in that we released a significant update to our Past Due Email functionality. Settings were persisted but were done in phases so you might have caught us in a transitory phase:)

You can now create Sequences - a powerful tool for collections. We will be sharing more information on how it works.
