Have some options to display a custom message to the customer.

A use case would be dislpaying a message about billing changes, such as no longer accepting checks. Maybe something near the top of the portal or even a popup.

I would add to this the ability to allow for client downloads/uploads of PDFs. It would be extremely helpful to store our and clients forms like W-9, tax exempt, insurance, etc in the payment portal.
