Your AR agent can now pronounce your business name exactly the way you say it. Add a phonetic spelling in your AR Agent settings, hit Test to hear it right in your browser, and every outbound call will use it. Leave it blank and the agent uses your business name as-is.

Outbound AR agent calls now include a callback number, so a customer who wants to reach you has something to act on. It defaults to the phone number on your account, and you can override it in AR Agent settings.

Invoices built on a QuickBooks item group with its individual components are now able to be imported. If you have invoices that never showed up in FlexPoint, re-sync and they should import.

Payments were sometimes tagged as Same Day when they actually ran at standard speed, which made the estimated deposit date look wrong. The label now reflects the speed a payment really runs at.

Opening an email or template preview, whether from onboarding, notification settings, or an invoice send screen, pushed the page content out of place until you closed it. Previews now stay in their own window and leave the page alone.
