When you apply a credit memo to an invoice in NetSuite, FlexPoint now picks it up and lowers the invoice balance to match for all cases. Full, partial and reversed applications are all covered.

If you record a payment by hand in QuickBooks Online, the matching ConnectWise invoice now updates to paid, even when it had no earlier payments on it. If you have older invoices that got stuck open, reach out to support and we'll catch them up for you.

The AR Agent no longer counts draft (unposted) invoices toward past-due balances, days overdue or activation. Your customers' outstanding figures now reflect only invoices they've actually been sent.

The "As of" date on the AR Agent's Total Managed AR card now shows today's date instead of a date 30 days back.

Importing customers from QuickBooks Online no longer fails when a customer has an unusually long website address, so the rest of your customers come through as expected.
