Your AR Agents can now work past-due invoices for you, calling and emailing customers on a cadence you set and handing anything that needs a decision back to you for approval. You choose the tone for each agent, from VIP to Friendly & Neutral to Firm & Direct. Every current partner has free access through September 30. Your agents' dedicated phone number and email address live under the Communication tab in Agent settings, and if you send from your own domain, set up forwarding to that address so customer replies reach your agents.

Editing an invoice directly from the NetSuite invoice grid now sends that update to FlexPoint. Previously only edits made through the full invoice form came through, so quick grid changes were silently dropped.

Adding a credit card in certain situations in the portal could fail with a "request failed" error even when every field showed as valid. This has been fixed.
