Clearer Payment Collection Error Messaging and Improved Payment Error Handling
When collecting a payment in the Merchant Portal, payment collection errors now display clearer, actionable messages. This replaces generic system errors and guides users toward the correct next steps.
Additionally, resolved an issue which caused certain payment failures and added improved error diagnosis to prevent repeat failures.
Halo Single Integration Invoice Import
Merchants using Halo in single-integration mode can now import historical invoices. The import flow was re-enabled with safer handling to prevent API overload, making it easier to backfill invoice history during onboarding.
Improved Micro-Deposit Verification Contacts
Micro-deposit verification settings now clearly indicate who can verify deposits. The field is pre-populated with portal users, includes better helper text, and reduces confusion around who receives verification emails.
Email Notifications UI Redesign
The Email Notifications page has been redesigned for clarity and usability. Each notification type is now displayed in its own outlined section, save and cancel actions are more explicit, toggles confirm changes immediately, and the layout is significantly more mobile-friendly.
Customer Notification Toggle Fix
Resolved an issue where notification toggles could appear out of sync for users who had never saved their settings. Toggle states now reliably reflect the actual configuration.
