Self-service refunds are now live! Merchants can initiate refunds directly within FlexPoint. This enhancement streamlines refund workflows and gives merchants greater control without needing to contact support.

Refund automatically and fully reconcile with your accounting system. The Open Balance of the invoice will update once the refund is successful.

The Customers widget on the Dashboard now excludes customers with a $0 open balance by default, helping merchants focus on accounts that require attention. Totals and full customer views remain unchanged.

Improved AutoPay behavior for merchants on credit card surcharge plans. When debit or prepaid cards are not enabled under surcharge configuration, the system now properly locks the card and displays a clear message instead of repeatedly attempting failed charges.

Resolved an issue where the “Add Credit Card” pop-up continued to appear even when a client had an ACH payment method on file. The prompt is now correctly suppressed when any valid payment method exists.
