Heads-Up Before Your QuickBooks Online Connection Expires
QuickBooks Online connections now have a fixed expiration date, and FlexPoint will warn you before yours runs out. You'll see an orange banner and a note on your Integrations page a month ahead, plus reminder emails at one month and seven days out. Just reconnect from the Integrations page and your sync keeps running without a gap.
Improvements
Automatic Catch-Up for NetSuite Changes
FlexPoint now checks NetSuite every couple of hours for invoice, payment, credit memo and customer changes that didn't come through right away, and syncs them automatically. Your import, AutoPay and notification rules apply just like they normally would. No bundle update needed.
Deposit ID in Your Accounting System
Deposits synced to your accounting system now reference the Deposit ID, the same ID you see in FlexPoint, so tracing a deposit back is easier.
Bug Fixes
AR Agent First Email Timing
The first AR Agent email to a customer now goes out based on the initial delay after you approve the task (one day on most setups), instead of waiting for the longer follow-up interval. Follow-ups are still spaced from the last email actually sent.
NetSuite Paid Dates
When one NetSuite payment covers several invoices, every invoice now shows the actual payment date. Before, some of those invoices showed their due date as the paid date instead.
Halo Invoice Imports and Scheduled Payments
Fixed an issue that kept invoices for some Halo clients from importing and their scheduled payments from running.
GL Connect Sync to QuickBooks Online
Fixed an issue where some GL Connect invoices failed to sync to QuickBooks Online with a "name supplied already exists" error.
Support Agent Button Placement
The Support Agent button no longer sits on top of pop-up windows, which was getting in the way on smaller screens.
